Lead2Coach

A short read, not the full instrument

The distance between what leadership says it values and how it acts

Rate each one twice. Once for how much leadership says it matters, once for how it actually goes. The finding is the distance, and it is arithmetic on your own answers: this page does not score your organization and does not tell you what kind of company you are.

The scale

0 = not at all, 1 = a little, 2 = somewhat, 3 = a lot, 4 = completely.

What your answers say

Nothing yet

Answer both halves of a row and it appears here. A row with one half answered is not a small gap, it is no reading at all, so it stays out.

What this is not

Seven items is a conversation, not an assessment

The full instrument reads seven dimensions across roughly thirty behaviours, and it asks more than one person, which is the part that matters: a gap you can see on your own is smaller than the gap between you and your team. This page cannot do that, and pretending otherwise would produce a comforting number, which is a thing we have written about.

Nothing you entered left your browser. There is no form on this page and nothing was stored. The other short read is the culture behaviour map, or more of the thinking, or Lead2Coach on LinkedIn.
